1. About the Program
This is a transformative journey that combines an international youth summit with on-the-ground field research in Africa. You will enter the UN Headquarters in Nairobi and take part in a 4-day United Nations Global Youth Summit for Climate Change, engaging with youth delegates, UN experts, and policymakers on climate action, sustainability, and social innovation. Beyond the conference, you will explore Kenyan communities, industries, and ecosystems—from coffee farms to wildlife reserves, from urban slums to national parks—to understand how global challenges take shape in local realities.

🌍 Module 1 | United Nations Global Youth Summit for Climate Change
Venue: UN Office at Nairobi (UNON)

Themes: Climate Action, Peacebuilding, Digital Innovation, Human Rights & Social Justice
🔍 Module 2 | Field Research in Kenyan Communities
Visit Kibera (largest urban slum in Africa), engage with local NGOs and schools
Tour coffee estates, tea plantations, and art markets—analyze the sustainable value chain
Safari in Amboseli & Lake Naivasha for wildlife observation and ecological documentation
🌱 Module 3 | Leadership & Cross-Cultural Networking
Build global communication, leadership, and policy advocacy skills
Establish long-term networks with youth from around the world
Reflect on sustainability challenges in real-world contexts

Age 18–35
Passionate about climate change, sustainability, international affairs, and African development
Intermediate or higher English proficiency
Experience in social practice, volunteering, youth organizations, or academic research is a plus
Willing to receive Yellow Fever vaccination and hold a valid passport

65,800 HKD per person (Limited to 6 participants)

Q: Is the program safe?
A: Yes. Accommodation is in secure neighborhoods with 24/7 security. Safaris follow strict park safety rules, and Kibera visits are escorted by NGO staff.
Q: What about health and hygiene?
A: We avoid high-risk areas. Camps offer nutritious buffet meals with dietary accommodations available.
Q: Can I join if my English is not fluent?
A: We recommend intermediate English or above to fully participate in discussions and exchanges.
